Welcome to the official website of The Alumni Band of Biddeford and Saco, Maine.

The Alumni Band consists of members from all over Southern Maine and the Greater Portland area. Since its inception, The Alumni Band has performed at numerous community events and concerts throughout Southern Maine. The Alumni Band is well known for their annual Christmas Concerts and appearances at local celebrations such as the La Kermesse Festival.

Our Scholarship
The Marcel “Mike” Drapeau Scholarship was established by The Alumni Band to preserve and foster Director Mike’s love of music by awarding a scholarship to a deserving student who demonstrates a superb musical talent, leadership as a musician, and commitment to community.

Scholarship Concert
By attending the Marcel Drapeau Scholarship Concert which takes place each March, you are supporting The Alumni Band in our efforts to make our scholarship possible.

“This concert gives us the opportunity to explore many styles and honor Mike Drapeau's memory both in music and in awarding a scholarship to a student continuing in music in college," Lizotte stated. "It is our way of remembering Mike and supporting a cause he passionately espoused -- music education."
